The Master's programme at the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA) is aimed at graduate students from multi-disciplinary backgrounds. The course aims to help the students understand development and education from interdisciplinary, comparative and international perspectives and to reflect critically on a wide range of contemporary debates and issues concerning education and development. The course aspires to equip students with enough understanding and skill to conduct an empirical analysis of educational development issues and activities and critique current educational policies, programmes and practices for development at regional, national and international levels.
